Chair Marcel Meyer called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Approval of Agenda

It was moved by Mr. Bolton, seconded by Ms. Fulton that the Agenda for the January 31, 2013, Board of Health meeting be approved.  Carried

At 6:05 p.m., it was moved by Ms. Brown, seconded by Ms. White that the Board of Health move in camera to discuss personal matters about an identifiable individual. Carried

At 6:47 p.m., it was moved by Mr. Studenny, seconded by Mr. Bolton that the Board of Health rise and return to public session and report that progress was made in a matter concerning personal matters about an identifiable individual. Carried

Other Business

Next scheduled Board of Health Meeting – Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 7:00 p.m.

At 6:50 p.m., it was moved by Ms. White, seconded by Ms. Fulton that the meeting be adjourned. Carried
