How to report COVID-19 order violations

Report concerns about:

  • Non-essential businesses that are not closed
  • Activities taking place at closed outdoor structures including playgrounds, multi-use courts and skate parks
  • Residents that are gathering in large groups
  • Individuals who are not following Federal quarantine orders

In the City of London

If you have concerns about COVID-19 order violations in the City of London, please email the City at COVIDOrderConcerns@london.ca (email monitored 24/7) or call 519-661-4660 (phone line monitored Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).

In Middlesex County

If you have concerns about COVID-19 order violations in Middlesex County, please call the OPP non-emergency line at 1-888-310-1122 or submit a report at opp.ca/reporting.  If in Strathroy, you can also call the Strathroy Police at 519-245-1250.

Cases by reported date

The “reported date” refers to the date in which the Middlesex-London Health Unit was first notified of the case. In the figures below, cases are shown based on the date in which they were reported to public health (regardless of when cases became ill).

Cases by onset date

The “onset date” refers to the date when symptoms first appeared. In the figures below, cases are shown based on when the person’s symptoms first started, or if that is not known, the earliest date in which the person was tested, specimen processed in the laboratory, or the date the case was reported to public health. Illnesses that began after April 10 may not yet be reported (denoted by grey bars). As the case is investigated and new information on these dates is determined, the dates in the graph will be updated.
