Immunization Resources

There are a lot of questions about vaccines. It is best to go to a reliable source when looking for answers. Misinformation may be written, but can’t be proven. There is plenty of evidence-based information about vaccines. Look for well researched information from professional sources, such as Public Health Units, the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care and the Public Health Agency of Canada. The World Health Organization publishes statements about immunizations and advocates for all people to be immunized. They keep track of deaths due to vaccine-preventable diseases and start new programs to ensure vaccines are used around the world to keep everyone safe and healthy. Always speak to your health care provider when you are making decisions about medical issues.
