Immunization Clinic

The Middlesex-London Health Unit's (MLHU) Immunization Clinic serves residents of London and Middlesex County who qualify for an appointment. Please contact your healthcare provider (i.e. family doctor or nurse practitioner) or a walk-in clinic before calling to book an appointment at MLHU, as spots are limited.

The Immunization Clinic only gives publicly funded immunizations and does not give travel immunizations or do TB skin tests. 

Immunization services at the MLHU are available for individuals who:

  • are under the age of 18 years old and do not have health care coverage in Ontario (i.e. Health Card) OR
  • are under the age of 18 years old, arrived in Canada in the last 12 months and do not have a primary healthcare provider (i.e. family doctor or nurse practitioner) OR
  • have been identified as requiring post-exposure prophylaxis immunization due to a vaccine preventable disease exposure or community outbreak OR
  • missed getting immunizations at grade 7 school clinics (Hepatitis-B, HPV and Meningococcal ACYW-135 vaccines) OR
  • are at risk for suspension from school (have received yellow suspension notice) and are not able to get vaccines from another healthcare provider

Appointments are required

Eligible individuals can call 519-663-5317 to book an appointment at the MLHU’s Immunization Clinic. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

355 Wellington St. (inside Citi Plaza)

The entrance door is located at the southeast corner of King St. and Clarence St. Free parking is available at the Health Unit's visitor parking lot, which is above ground and located off Clarence St. (east side), close to York St. The parking lot is beside the parking garage entrance (please do not enter the garage). The MLHU cannot validate parking garage payments or tickets. There is also paid street parking along Clarence St.

What should you bring to the Immunization Clinic?

  • Bring your immunization record, if you have one. It will be used to assess which immunizations you may require.
  • Prescriptions are not written or needed at the Immunization Clinic. Please do not bring vaccines from a pharmacy to the clinic, as they will not be able to be given to you.
