Procurement Policy

We are governed by the Board of Health's Procurement Policy (PDF) which dictates the processes required for the expenditure of Health Unit funds. All amendments to the policy require Board of Health approval.

Tenders/Quotes/Proposals

You must register and download current bid opportunities and submit responses as outlined in the bid document. The onus is on the bidder to check this web page to verify they have received all addendum and relevant bid information.

Elgin Middlesex Oxford Purchasing Co-Op (EMOP)

The major Function of this organization is co-operative ventures as a means of reducing costs and services by purchasing in larger volumes at lower prices and by avoiding possible duplication of effort.
