The Middlesex-London Health Unit's main office is located at 355 Wellington St., London, ON (inside Citi Plaza) and is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our main telephone number is 519-663-5317.

If you are contacting the Health Unit after hours regarding a public health emergency, such as an animal bite, food poisoning, a disease outbreak or natural disaster, please call 519-663-5317 (option 2) immediately.

The Health Unit’s Sexual Health Clinics offer birth control options/testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

Immunization Clinic

The Health Unit's Immunization Clinic provides free immunizations, according to the Ontario Government schedule.


Flu Vaccine
Flu vaccine will be widely available in the community this season, at healthcare provider offices, pharmacies, walk-in clinics and some workplaces.

If you cannot access flu vaccine at any of the above locations because you don’t have a valid Ontario Health Card, or you have a child under 5 years of age without a healthcare provider, please call the Health Unit to discuss options at 519-663-5317.

Please note: Walk-in times, appointments, high-dose flu vaccine for seniors and nasal spray Flumist vaccine for children are not available at the Health Unit.

    The Health Unit’s Travel Immunization Clinic offers personalized risk assessments, on-site immunizations and prescriptions for preventative medications.
