The Health Unit offers a variety of programs and services to help you with your parenting journey. Bringing home a new baby is an exciting time, and you may have questions.

To speak with a Public Health Nurse about your infant or child, please call the Middlesex-London Health Unit at 519-663-5317, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    At about six months of age, most babies are developmentally ready to start solid foods. This is a learning experience for baby and caregivers!
