Community meals are offered in many community centres and faith-based organizations throughout London and some locations in Middlesex County. 

London

The monthly meal calendar includes where and when community meals are offered. A list of meal programs, food banks, and food depots, including a map of their locations is also provided.

Middlesex County

There are various meal programs and food banks in Middlesex County. Help Yourself Through Hard Times also includes locations and contact information.

Contact Us

The Middlesex-London Health Unit publishes a monthly meal calendar and food bank list for London, Ontario. The Health Unit does not directly distribute food.

• Would like to be added to the monthly email distribution list for the meal calendar/food bank list.
