Small Group Programming

Small group programs promote student well-being through engaging, interactive sessions focused on topics such as mental health, nutrition, and substance use. Delivered in schools and often supported by or offered in partnership with the Middlesex-London Health Unit, these programs provide a safe, inclusive space for students to learn, connect, and build healthy habits.

 

Food4Thought

  • A train the trainer four-session program designed for students in Grade 7 and up. The program follows a "Cook, Eat, Chat" model, aiming to foster relationships and connectedness among students and trusted adults through shared cooking and discussions. Let's Get Cookin'

  • A train the trainer seven-session cooking program that teaches children and youth Grades 5 and up basic cooking skills. The program includes one orientation session and six themed cooking sessions.
