Did you know? Sport and recreation injuries are a leading cause of injury for children, yet these injuries are both predictable and preventable.

 

Safety Tips

  • Play safe! Treat yourself and others with respect
  • Learn the rules, techniques and appropriate behaviours of the game or activity
  • Make sure you wear gear that is the right size and that fits properly
  • Wear the right helmet for the right activity[REF-456]
