Celebrate Father's Day Safely

This Father's Day, if you're spending quality time together, do it in the great outdoors! Please, avoid any indoor gatherings and continue to follow public health guidance, even if fully vaccinated.  It is not yet the time for close contact.


Gathering Limits in Step 1 of Ontario's Roadmap to Reopen

Ontario is currently in Step 1 of the Roadmap to Reopen.  This means that the current outdoor gathering limits are a maximum of 10 people and no indoor gatherings are permitted.  When gathering outdoors, continue to maintain physical distance from anyone with whom you don't live.

SAFER OPTIONS

Doing activities with members of your household only.

Ideas:

Gardening
Family golfing, walking, biking
Dropping off gifts (if you don't live with dad)
Connecting virtually

USE CAUTION

Gathering outdoors with up to 10 people

Tips:

Stay close to home
Avoid crowded spaces
Maintain two metres from others
Wear a mask

UNSAFE

Gathering indoors with anyone who isn't part of your household

Avoid:

Inviting guests into your home or visiting others in their home
Being closer than two metres from others
Sharing food and drink.
