Preparing for Parenthood Class (Citi Plaza)(CANCELLED)

The prenatal class that you didn’t know you needed! This class focuses on strengthening the relationship with your partner, adjusting to your new parenting role and time management. We’ll talk about the top 10 tips to keep your relationship strong during pregnancy and after your baby arrives.

The Middlesex-London Health Unit online Prenatal Classes are provided by InJoy Health Education eClasses. It will also be used (de-identified and in aggregate) by Health Unit staff to plan, organize, run and evaluate our prenatal health education programs. The collected information is used and/or shared under the Health Protection and Promotion Act, R.S.O. 1990. We will not collect, use, or share your personal health information for any other reason unless we have your permission, or the law permits or requires it.
