- Smart Start for Babies
Smart Start for Babies is a free prenatal nutrition program for pregnant women and their support persons who need help accessing healthy food.

Smart Start for Babies - Teen is a free prenatal nutrition program for pregnant teens and their support persons.

- Prenatal Classes
The Middlesex-London Health Unit offers a variety of prenatal education classes, including Prenatal Class Series, Prenatal Breastfeeding and Preparing for Parenthood.
- Prenatal E-Learning Program
This interactive web-based program with animated illustrations and videos is designed for you and your partner/support person to experience together, to help you feel prepared for childbirth and your role as a parent.
- Let's Grow
Let’s Grow is a free parenting newsletter, which offers useful information to parents and caregivers during a child's first five years. You can register anytime in your pregnancy!
