    Smart Start for Babies - Teen is a free prenatal nutrition program for pregnant teens and their support persons.
  • PenguinPreparing for Parenthood
    Attend this "one-time" class to discuss your transition to parenthood. We will focus on the changes you will experience in your roles, relationships and time management after your baby is born. This class is an excellent complement to the e-learning series.
  • Baby breastfeedingPrenatal Breastfeeding Class
    Get off to the best start with breastfeeding. This single evening session will cover latch and position, skin-to-skin, milk supply, how to know when your baby is getting enough, and much more.
  • Prenatal E-Learning ProgramPrenatal ELearning Program
    This interactive web-based program with animated illustrations and videos is designed for you and your partner/support person to experience together, to help you feel prepared for childbirth and your role as a parent.
