Beginning June 1, 2018, Healthy Start Infant Drop-ins will have NEW dates, times and locations available in the City of London and County of Middlesex.

Public Health Nurses at the Healthy Start Infant Drop-in locations can help families with infants 0-6 months old.

  • Questions about breastfeeding or formula feeding
  • Growth and development information and resources
  • Your new role as a parent
  • Questions or concerns about yourself or your baby

Questions and answers about the collection of your personal information

Q: Why does the Health Unit ask for your personal information?
A: The Health Unit's Early Years Team asks for your personal information in order to better understand your questions or concerns and help answer questions about you and your child. We also may need to contact you about your care at a later date.

Q: What personal information does the Health Unit collect?
A: You will be asked to provide your name, address, and contact information. You will also be asked questions about you and your baby's physical and mental health.

Q: How does the Health Unit use the personal information it collects?
A: The Health Unit uses this information to provide Early Years services to you and your child including the Healthy Start Infant Drop-ins, Breastfeeding Home Visits and the Health Connection phone line.  Answers are recorded on an electronic client record. Your information is kept secure and confidential.
