a)       Dated 2012 March 9 (Received 2012 March 16) Correspondence from M. Paul Levac, Le superintendant de l’éducation, Conseil Scolaire de District des Écoles Catholiques du Sud-Ouest, to Dr. Graham Pollett, Secretary-Treasurer, thanking the Health Unit for the Bronze Healthy Living Champions Award received by a school in the above mentioned School Board and advising that his School Board was missed in the recommendation to Board Report No 015-12. Please note: although the above mentioned School Board was not mentioned in the recommendation in Report No. 015-12, the School Board still received a congratulatory letter as did the other Boards mentioned in the recommendation.

b)       Dated 2012 April 9 (Received 2012 April 11) Card from Ms. Doreen McLinchey, thanking the Board of Health and Staff for the bouquet of flowers after her recent surgery.
