The Middlesex-London Board of Health (Performance Appraisal Committee) will move into a closed session to discuss matters which pertain to the following, as per section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25 and to approve previous closed session minutes:
(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees;

• Personal Matters – Board of Health Direct Reports

(d) labour relations or employee negotiations;

• Human Resources Matters

5. OTHER BUSINESS

The next meeting of the Performance Appraisal Committee is at the call of the Chair in 2026.
