Chair Michael Steele called the meeting to order at 4:10 p.m. The meeting started later than the advertised time due to technical issues.

Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest

Chair Steele inquired if there were any disclosures of pecuniary interest. None were declared.

Approval of Agenda

It was moved by M. Smibert, seconded by S. Menghsha, that the AGENDA for the September 25, 2025 Special Board of Health meeting be approved as amended.

Closed Session

At 4:11 p.m., it was moved by H. Shears, seconded by M. McGuire, that the Board of Health will move into a closed session to consider matters regarding:
• personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; and
• labour relations or employee negotiations.

At 5:19 p.m., it was moved by M. McGuire, seconded by P. Cuddy, that the Board of Health return to public session from closed session.
Carried

Adjournment

At 5:20 p.m., it was moved by H. Shears, seconded by S. Franke, that the meeting be adjourned.
